We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Logistics/Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. The Logistics/Warehouse Supervisor will play a critical role in overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics to ensure the efficient and timely delivery of equipment and services to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of event rental equipment.
• Manage inventory levels and conduct regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy.
• Oversee the maintenance and organization of the warehouse space to optimize storage capacity and workflow.
• Schedule and coordinate delivery and pickup of rental equipment, ensuring on-time arrivals and efficient routes.
• Train, mentor, and supervise warehouse staff to ensure adherence to safety protocols, operational procedures, and quality standards.
• Monitor and track equipment returns, damages, and repairs, and coordinate with the appropriate departments for resolution.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to fulfill customer orders and resolve any logistical issues or concerns.
• Implement and maintain systems and processes for inventory control, tracking, and reporting.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to warehouse operations and safety.
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the warehouse operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in warehouse management, logistics, or a similar role, preferably in the event rental or hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Forklift certification and knowledge of warehouse safety protocols.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
