  • The resort’s general manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the resort, including the front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance staff. She shall ensure that guests experience a pleasant and comfortable stay. This role will require that you create and implement policies that promote efficiency and guest satisfaction, manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure that the resort is profitable.

Job Description

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the resort.
  • Create and implement policies that promote efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues that arise.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to promote the resort and attract guests.
  • Recruit, train, and manage staff.
  • Develop and manage budgets and track expenses.
  • Ensure that the resort is compliant with all local and state regulations.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.

Job Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in resort management or a similar role.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • The ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Experience managing a diverse team of employees.
  • An understanding of industry trends and best practices.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • An understanding of financial management and budgeting.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
