YOUR MISSION Connect with pharmaceutical and non-commercial organisations interested in EBMT Registry data: partly responsible for generating revenue by offering tailor-made packages supporting the needs of our Partners. Works closely together with the Business Development Manager (BDM) and other Managers and Directors.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
o Business Management:

Connects with pharma for the short-term requests, identifying sales opportunities and pitching services, using marketing strategies, including face to face meetings, teleconferences, communication by email. - Managing the short-term business portfolio. Build and maintain a strong contact database including sponsorship in the CRM (Salesforce)
- Networking: responsible for maintaining a good and strong working relationship with EBMT Working Party chairs, pharmaceutical clients, anticipating all their needs.
- Supporting Working Party chairs with the preparation of grant proposals.
- Providing the BDM with input to the Business and Risk Management Plans for the Business Unit/Department.
o Negotiations with pharma: assisting in start-to-end management in closing deals. Finalizing the subject of the study, contents of contract, services, and budget, all in close collaboration with the BDM and EBMT units that are involved.
o Contracting: together with EBMT's legal representative and BDM, the post holder identifies, draws up, negotiates, reviews and pre-finalizes contracts.
o Collaborates with Working Party chairs on the WP study portfolio and grant applications for scientific input.
o Participates in launching new study options, assists in creating short- and long-term overviews, assists to execute strategies to drive portfolio profitability and collaborates with other EBMT units involved in execution of projects.
Requirements
- Must be educated in Business administration, Economics or Health Sciences (Scientific degree level or equivalent)
- 3-5 years of work experience (excluding internships) in business management / sales in relation to non-profit or pharmaceutical companies
- Experience in customer-facing role
- Experience in reviewing legal contracts
- Experience in Clinical Studies
- Excellent English oral and written skills
- Capacity of influence and negotiation skills, focus on customer's needs
- Initiative, self-starter but also team player
- Work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Knowledge of non-profit organizations
- Around 2 years' experience in creating budgets
- Experience dealing with pharma
- Hands-on experience in writing grant applications
- Knowledge of databases
- Knowledgeable about Hematology, Hematologic Stem Cell Transplant programs and Cell/Gene therapies
- Experience in working with Word, Excel, Salesforce or CRM system.

- Full-time position (36 hours/week)
- Flexible working hours (starting from 7:30 to 9:30 am and finish accordingly).
- 6 months contract and then, renewal for long-term
- 1 month probation period
- 25 days of vacation per year
- Salary: 3.900 - 4.700 euros gross/month (depending on previous experience).
