The Designer Fragrances marketing pole captures the most complementary fragrance portfolio within the selective market. We are responsible for nine different fragrance brands that cover the lifestyle segment as well as the couture and exception segment. You will be part of this team driving brand awareness and business results.
About the role
As the Online Brand Manager, you are the champion of the online experience of your brands in the Benelux market.
You own the online journey of consumers and shoppers across all e-retailer websites and drive the recruitment and conversion of the brands online. You adapt and enrich the brand strategy to the online reality. Furthermore, you plan and deliver the brands CRM strategy encouraging customers’ retention and customer loyalty.
You work closely with the Online Brand Managers in other teams as well as the CDMO team on digital expertise development and expert community practices. Daily you align in your team with the Brand Product Managers, the Retail Activation Managers and Sales team for the best launch execution and activation.
Responsibilities

  • You adapt, enrich, and execute the brand strategy across all e-retailers and come up with an online activation plan which is in line with offline and media launches.
  • You provide assets for online retailers to have the best execution of your brands
  • You own e-retail merchandising execution, online sampling activation and shopper insights
  • You execute the search (SEO) strategy and implementation with the Digital team
  • Build & execute strategies to increase Ratings & Reviews on e-retailer platforms
  • Be the voice of the brand on all e-commerce topics
Our ideal candidate has
  • At least two years of experience in (online) product management
  • Experience with fast and effective internal and external stakeholder management
  • Analytical at the heart, but pragmatic when the situation requires.
  • Open minded for new initiatives and ways of working
  • Fluent in English and native in either French or Dutch
