Your Role: Your role is to set up tracking/reporting of eCommerce KPIs across key customers x markets, for which you are reporting to the Global Head of eCom tracking & analytics. Key attributes of the role are as follows:

  • Build out a global analytics and performance measurement framework, including simplified and harmonized dashboards.
  • Provide on-going analytics support for testing and development of new digital growth initiatives
  • Consult across global digital account teams in driving consistent language, insight generation and utilization towards business optimization and development
  • Develop cutting-edge analytics frameworks to be deployed to all market stakeholders, enabling them to take quantitatively based decisions
  • Act as “centre of expertise” within eCommerce team for all analytics related topics and drive the implementation of analytics tools across org, with the immediate focus on the adoption and roll out of Profitero
  • Be an active member of the global E-commerce acceleration Team and drive performance tracking and measurement to best in class standards
Your Key Tasks:
  • Set-up the tracking & reporting of eCommerce KPI performance dashboard(s), optimizing data reliability and minimizing any downtime, covering the following key areas and to be used as the single source of truth across the e-commerce and business teams
    • P&L – Customer/Country/Brand/Global
    • Competitive performance (market size and share)
    • On-site execution performance
    • Marketing performance metrics
    • Operations/demand planning metrics
  • Amazon: Build demand forecasting modelling for key markets to estimate inventory requirements, mapped against Amazon forecasts and actual POs
Stakeholder Management and key interfaces:
  • Global – Finance/ Supply Chain and Marketing and CMI and E-commerce acceleration team
  • Local – E-commerce owners / Market GMs / SC and Finance for Data Capture and Tracking
Required Knowledge and Experiences
  • Bachelors’ degree in Finance, Statistics, Programming/ Systems or Computer Science or another related field or equivalent experience
  • Min. 2 years professional experience of working with e-commerce sales and site performance measurement tools; alternatively experience as financial data analyst
  • Experience of latest data-visualization technology (Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik, QuickSight), Financial, Merchandising processes, tools and KPIs
  • Solid understanding of SQL, data modelling for analytics and data warehousing
  • Strong business partnering skills and comfortable presenting to stakeholders
  • Recent experience of working with data and key data visualization techniques
  • Ability to work in a “start up” environment, experience developing policies, processes, and strategy.
  • Experience in consumer goods industry and e-commerce is a plus
