Carrying out the Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) reporting and inventory of Lithium Ion / Metal energy carriers: you'll be working on it.
How you do this? As Quality Assurance Assistant, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities belonging to ESG reporting and Lithium Ion/Metal energy carriers for DSV Netherlands. You will maintain and inform our Dutch branches about changes in reporting determined by DSV Group. You do this by [..]
- periodically collecting/verifying the correctness of the data supplied by all branches in the Netherlands;
- entering and checking the ESG data in our own database;
- sorting out and answering questions from DSV Group regarding the supplied ESG data;
- making an inventory of the storage of Lithium Ion/Metal energy carriers in the Netherlands and managing it in the existing system for that purpose;
- building up knowledge of PGS37-01 and PGS37-02 regulations and providing administrative support to the QHSE department.
Your team stands out within DSV for its accuracy and commitment. You will be given all the freedom and space to fill this role in the best way possible. As Quality Assurance Assistant, you will report directly to the Senior Manager QHSE BENE organisation and work together with other QHSE colleagues within the Netherlands.

You bring
- Good command of the Dutch and English languages, both verbally and in writing;
- knowledge of MS Office; in addition, you are able to master new systems quickly;
- analytical skills combined with a process-oriented way of working.
