Client wants to greatly improve its Mid Office activities in the area of home financing. For the Area Lending, Service & Administration, this translates in particular into accelerating the analysis and realization of annuity, linear and redemption-free mortgage loans in the new mid-office system FORCE with very tight deadlines. All this in addition to accelerating the other renewal of our systems landscape such as the new back office system SAP LENA
This requires maximum attention and focus from our product managers, requiring immediate additional senior product management capacity for the Fulfilment Cluster including the renewal FORCE.
- Specific knowledge and multi-year experience in the field of a Mortgage Lender: application acceptance and handling processes.
- Knowledge and experience with large-scale realization projects of the mid office system FORCE.
- Broad experience with trajectories with a package supplier, preferably Topicus.
- Experience as end responsibility such as Product Ownership.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum working methods
- You are able to independently direct the analysis and realization process, getting various stakeholders to work together effectively.
- You have experience in collaborating and managing an external supplier of a package.
- Your attitude and behavior is key: you are results-oriented, a go-getter, flexible, thorough and analytical.
- You know the mortgage process like no other and how the stakeholder field works.
- You are communicatively strong, don't get put off and keep your back straight.
- You are flexible and 9 to 5 is just numbers to you, not a mindset.
