Organon is back! Since the summer of 2021, MSD in Oss has become Organon again. We produce medicines for women who either do or do not want to become pregnant. They do this according to very strict guidelines. Medications from Organon go all over the world, to places where they are needed immediately. From your experience, you will be at the starting line of this great operation, in the production of this. Our location is easily accessible by car and public transport!
Your tasks:

Keep the production process of the medicines running smoothly.

Convert production lines and check all the components you receive

Perform checks to ensure quality.

Following work instructions.
-
Solving malfunctions and maintaining the machines.
You will work at Organon preferably 40 hours per week, but 32 hours is also possible. You work in a 3- or 4-shift system, which means that evening/night shifts will be part of your job. Do you absolutely not want night shifts? Then we can talk about working in a 2 - shift job, provided there is a spot available here.
What we ask:

At least a MBO diploma;

At least 2 years of relevant work experience;

You are fluent in the Dutch language both verbally and in writing;

You are communicative, flexible, eager to learn and enthusiastic;

You have technical insight, and bring some relevant experience.

Reimbursement of travel expenses: € 0.21 per kilometer;

40 hours per week for a longer period of time;

35.5 vacation days based on a 40-hour work week;
