What you’ll be doing

Expanding the success story of felyx! An exciting challenge in which you will have the responsibility for the localization of our product. Currently, felyx operates in three countries: The Netherlands, Germany and Belgium, and in 2023, we are planning to relocate our fleet in the most profitable way possible. Together with one of the co-founders and our operations team, you will assist in importing e-mopeds from Germany to The Netherlands. You will learn everything about the import process, need to have your admin in order and manage teams on location. You would have to be flexible and willing to travel within The Netherlands, since part of your tasks take place at the felyx HQ in Amsterdam, but also in the Dutch cities that we operate in.

Duties and responsibilities include

• Operational responsibility for the transportation and relocation of e-mopeds in our Dutch cities;
• Responsibility for the transport of e-mopeds from Germany to The Netherlands;
• Responsibility for the registration of our e-mopeds to make sure we have a flawless import process;
• Communication with-, and updating all teams and stakeholders that are involved in the project. You are the first point of contact;
• Assisting in preparing and planning the warehouse activities to ensure a quick turnaround time for the new incoming scooters;
• Management of the operations team when launching relocated e-mopeds in our cities;
• Liaison between the warehouse where the scooter preparation takes place & the head office of felyx.

Requirements
We truly get excited if:

• You are an HBO or university student with some earlier relevant work/intern experience;
• You want to gain practical work experience, not a sole focus on doing research;
• You have good communication skills & effective management of peers;
• You are a great project manager & planner: you easily manage lots of tasks at the same time without losing overview;
• You have affinity with supply chain, logistics and operations;
• You are not a person that takes no for an answer who always gives the full 100% to meet all deadlines and make the project succeed as efficiently as possible;
• You have affinity with electric mopeds. You will be responsible for getting several hundreds of these through the preparational process as efficiently as possible;
• You speak English fluently (required) and Dutch (preferred);
• You have a driver’s license (preferred);

• Are looking for an internship in a fast-moving scale-up environment
• Are 5-6 months available
