What you'll do
Business development is a strong focus within our organization. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in generating pipeline that drives our sales performance. You will:

Develop a solid understanding of customer pain points, SAP’s value propositions and competitors to create a customer centric approach - Research and engage with prospects to identify and qualify new sales opportunities
- Work closely together with sales, demand management, marketing and SAP partners to develop a strong and mutually beneficial relationships
- Take ownership of your target

We are not only looking for a (potentially) good BDR, we are looking for future sales talent! This is not a job you will be doing for 5 years, we know that. You want to use this position to make an entrance in the big league. You will proof you are the right talent, develop yourself and make a next step within 2-3 years. This can be through the SAP Sales Academy, our Sales Hub in Barcelona or at an SAP partner. We have all the training and we will give you all the support you need to do just that. An example? What you bring
You need to bring your all your eagerness and be willing to start a strong learning curve! Besides that, you:

Have a bachelor or master’s degree and are fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written) - Communicate with passion in person and over the phone
- Are a team player, but you can also work independently
- Already have some sales or business (development) related working experience

You will be part of a team with 5+ BDR's, while having your own target within a specific sales team. This will give you the opportunity work with and learn from peers, and collaborate and learn from many other colleague's.
