During the Young Professional Program IT (also known as YPPIT) at Rabobank you work on your career one day a week by following technical training, or you work on your personal development. You develop talents you didn’t know you had and we are given the space to discover for yourself what you are good at and what you like. And then? Everything you learn in the training courses can immediately be put into practice, because the other 4 days you work in your starter position as a Junior Business Analyst. Under the guidance of experienced colleagues, you will become a specialist in your field in no time. In addition, in the program you will work together with the team on 2 business challenges on themes such as sustainable agriculture or the cooperative energy transition.
As a Junior Business Analyst you will be the bridge between business and IT. You will analyze the credit process and how these features can be implemented in out IT solutions. You are in contact with colleagues in your own department and other departments. You keep close contact with stakeholders, analyze business as well as IT processes and connect with other Business Analysts. You will be a part of CreditCore, a cutting-edge tribe within Rabobank that provides credit risk services to optimize business operations for the bank and its clients.
