Job description

As a Customer Relations Coordinator you are responsible for providing excellent service and support to the International Sales Team, Distributors and Customers in the territory assigned to you.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Key contact and support for customers worldwide
  • Maintain history and traceability files
  • Coordinate new customer approval process
  • Maintain and control prices
  • Manage and maintain distributor contracts and consignment contracts
  • Single point of contact for incoming complaint reports
  • Support the international sales team and sales center with up to date customer information, data, analysis and reports
  • Order entry (70% of your time)
  • Returned product handling
  • Consignment- and car stock management
  • Liaise with all necessary departments regarding ongoing business
  • During absence of colleague, looking after her/his accounts

Job requirements

  • MBO/HBO diploma
  • Team player with good communication skills in Dutch and English (verbal and written). Other languages such as French or German is a plus as is an affinity with languages in general
  • Experience in a similar function in an (medical) international environment is highly desirable
  • Experience with Microsoft office and ERP systems
