Our colleagues in the Benelux Sales Team are looking for a new Junior Key Account Manager Retail Netherlands.

HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Have full ownership on some small accounts (less than 5 million Net Sales Value) & support on small and bigger customers
  • Contribute to deliver the volume and the value objectives of some accounts
  • Develop and implement the yearly plan for some designated accounts
  • Define and execute promotion plan Kellogg’s and Pringles
  • Maximize distribution for Kellogg’s assortment and shelf presentation in 3 Categories
  • Sell innovations and realize targeted distribution
  • Grow the value share of Kellogg’s across the different categories in your accounts
  • Report internally your status on sales KPI’s, market conditions, trade evolution, forecasting, commercial issues, and competition on your assigned customers
  • Negotiate the trading conditions for your accounts and follow up annual agreements
  • Master your P&L’s & bring elements to explain the bigger accounts you work with
  • Working cross-functionally with all relevant internal departments (Sales Finance, Demand Planning, Revenue Growth Management, Marketing, Customer Service etc.)
  • Maintaining data reliability:
    • plan the right contracts, the right promotions in our Trade Management Tool
    • verification of turnover & internal/external sharing
    • control of stock level
  • Analysing data from several dashboards like market share reports dashboard, data sharing tools and come up with clear action plans to optimise sales and customer collaboration & find growth opportunities
  • Build sustainable relationships with customers and be the ambassador and point of contact for Kellogg’s Benelux


YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

Required


  • Master’s degree in management, marketing, economics, or engineering
  • Experience with sales within the FMCG business.
  • Excellent Dutch and English skills. Other languages are a plus
  • Open to travel to Belgium for team meetings +/- twice every month as this role is a Benelux role.
