DoubleTree by Hilton Amsterdam Centraal Station offers amazing views, extraordinary service and lively food & beverage outlets and is currently looking for a new Barista to join the Eastwood Coffee team!
Our hotel features an award-winning rooftop bar & terrace, pop-up restaurant Eastwood Beer & Grill, a Lobby Bar including our own in-house library, our own Eastwood Coffee Store, Amsterdam's most extensive breakfast buffet, fifteen versatile meeting rooms and 557 guest rooms.
Exciting news! The hotel is undergoing a complete renovation, rebranding and repositioning of all Food & Beverage locations in the hotel in 2023 / 2024, starting with the renovation and rebranding of the SkyLounge Amsterdam in the first quarter of 2023. Room inventory redesign will also be included in this upcoming project!

What will your new job be like?
Being one of the busier cafés of Amsterdam, you’ll learn how to make all sorts of hot and cold coffee and non-coffee beverages. You get to serve coffee roasted freshly on a daily basis in Amsterdam by LOT61, work in routine together with the rest of the team to prepare quality drinks and serve them with a smile.
Your workday is different every day!
It’s not unlikely for many people on our team to come in quite early before their shift together with colleagues, and start their day together with a good cup of coffee before they start. Inside our cozy café or outside on our grand terrace with the very best view of Amsterdam.
During the day your tasks will change from working on the bar making drinks, to the register helping our guests with a smile, walking around to take care of our welcoming café and do tasks to support your colleagues.

Many people on our team choose to stay around after their shift to sit back in our café and work for their studies, or come in on their day off for doing just that. We offer not only a working place, but also a team of potential future friends and your second living room.
Many of our team members are students and require a flexible schedule, meaning our schedule works very well for people that might want to work for a couple of days one week, but 4 to 5 days another week. An early shift before school or a later shift afterwards? No problem! Together we will make it work!
