YOU ARE ALL ABOUT DATA ENTRY
As a Data Entry Coordinator, you are a part of the Rituals HQ Innovation Operations department. You support the development of creative new ideas, concepts, and products by entering product master data into our ‘Rituals Master Database’ (STEP).
This matches you as a structured Data Entry Coordinator. Besides entering data in our Master Database, you manage and streamline operational processes that guarantee other departments will always see correct data.
For 40 hours per week, you:
- Ensure our data processes run smoothly and the new product data is entered correctly into STEP
- Spot potential anomalies in the data and resolve them efficiently
- Maintain, evaluate and correct the data in STEP
- Focus on entering and optimizing Pricing data and Sustainability Packaging data

As a Data Entry Coordinator, you are a part of the overarching Innovation & Sustainability team. The Innovation & Sustainability team is responsible for product innovations, category management, and of course our sustainability projects.
THIS IS YOU
It goes without saying that you know your way around data. Optimizing data and processes is what you enjoy doing. The key competencies we are looking for are:
- Team player: We work in a team of 4 colleagues where everybody has their own expertise, but we work closely together and support each other if required. You can be part of this high-performing team.
- Problem-solving: You like to understand the root cause of an issue and see how you can improve the process together with other Rituals departments
- Detail oriented: It goes without saying that you know your way around data. Optimizing data and processes is what you enjoy doing. You spot anomalies easily since you are very detail-oriented.
On top of this, you have:
- A Bachelor’s degree/ higher professional education in retail, business administration, or comparable
- Experience in Data Entry, either professionally or as a part of your school/education
- Fluent English skills
