Marketing Coordinator
(32 - 40 hours a week)

Your role as Marketing Coordinator
As a Marketing Coordinator, you are the designated person to drive and deliver digital and traditional campaigns to increase lead generation, sales and brand awareness globally. You are part of our marketing team. You will be part of our marketing team consisting of 3 people. You will work from our location in Maastricht where your direct colleague, the product manager also works. You report to the marketing director who works in the UK. You will contribute directly to generating additional sales from both existing and new customers through your activities and will be in close contact with your sales colleagues What will be your tasks and responsibilities :

• Manage all downstream marketing activities for Technomed;
• Marketing activities focused on lead generation to increase sales;
• Develop sales and marketing materials for print and digital;
• Manage online promotional platforms to drive awareness;
• Manage online marketing campaigns and present the analysis to the sales/marketing team;
• Work closely and effectively with sales team and productmanagement;
• Support sales staff with SalesForce CRM and by providing market trends, relaying customer requests/feedback;
• Update brochures/datasheets with basic design skills.

As a marketing coordinator, it is important that you have self-starting ability and can work in a structured manner. You will be part of a small team. No two days will be the same so you have to structure yourself and be able to set the right priorities. Furthermore it is important that you:

• Are experienced in downstream marketing planning and delivery;
• Have good communication and project management skills;
• Have demonstrates strong skills with Adobe Illustrator/In-Design, WordPress, Google Ads and Microsoft Office;
• Have excellent command of the English and Dutch language verbally as well as in writing;
• Have entrepreneurial spirit;
• Are a curious and creative team player with the ability to work independently.
