Join us as our Chief of Staff! In this critical role, you will take the lead in ensuring the smooth operation of our business and drive the growth and success of bunch.

Your role & impact in the first 12 months

• Be a trusted advisor and sounding board to the founders on a wide range of business matters

• Represent the founders internally and externally, with customers, partners and investors

• Collaborate with the different department leads to develop and execute the company's strategic plan and manage cross-functional projects

• Monitor and report on OKRs to identify and mitigate risks to the company's success

• Develop and implement processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of bunch as an organisation

What you should bring with you

• 5+ years of experience in a high performance environment, such as high growth startups, management consulting or investment banking

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

• A high emotional intelligence level, paired with excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive results

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment

• Experience in fintech or financial services is a plus
