our role as a Compliance Assistant V

ssist in the management and implementation of the company’s CSR strategy, compliance policy, and procedures. Deal with routine administrative tasks supporting the overall Compliance team, establishing an ordered and effective way of working. Communicate, liaise, and share information with involved stakeholders. Ensuring accuracy and consistency in all tasks undertaken. A

• ssist to secure compliance with legal regulations (e.g. Packaging, WEEE, Battery, copyright, RoHs, REACH, etc.) of the assortment in the markets our company is doing business (EU and Non-EU) S
• upport members of the compliance/operations team in administrative compliance tasks A
• ssist in the preparation and regular quantity reports to national authorities or third-party service providers across Europe M
• aintain and improve product data quality with regard to environmentally relevant and legal information in conjunction with other stakeholders H
• elp in the preparation of business insights and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data (compliance reports, laws, market, competition, etc.) A
• ssist in the arrangement of documents for external audits S
• upport the compliance/operations team in the further development of processes, systems, and data collection documentation and presentation W

hat do you need to become successful in this role V

• ocational level of thinking and relevant experience within Compliance T
• horough knowledge of administrative procedures E
• xcellent knowledge of English , spoken and written, and business level of German S
• oftware skills in preparing presentations (charts, graphs, and tables) and issuing regular reports following established procedures S
• trong Excel skills and ability to work with large data files A
• structured and pragmatic way of working W
