Tasks and Activities

As an Ecommerce Manager you will be responsible for our online sales in all three countries. Join our Digital Team at the headquarters in Rotterdam (NL) or Zellik (BE).

One of the main responsibilities of this role is to drive Digital sales growth and with that our online market share. This can be done for example by:

• Defining targets on sales, inhouse share, margin and Average Order Value in collaboration with the category departments and chase these targets daily;
• Setting up new commercial initiatives/campaigns;
• Improve the quality of our promotions.
• Another major responsibility of this role is to drive our Digital profitability. For example by:
• Increasing the margin per order;
• Executing a cross- & upsell strategy for accessories and services;
• Increasing the share of our in store pick-up;
• Decreasing the share of old stock.
• In this role you are responsible for two out of our four overarching categories, in all three countries of the Benelux.
• Collaborate with many internal stakeholders, for example the following departments will be the main stakeholders: Buying, Supply Chain, Service & Solutions, Controlling, Customer Care and our stores.
• Manage a team of 3-5 people that take care of the different components of the online sales business.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, commercial economy or equivalent;
• 3-5 years experience in Ecommerce sales business or comparable;
• Your main strength is your commercial drive and how you are driven by results;
• You have a pro-active and entrepreneurial mindset;
• You are a team player and have strong stakeholder management skills;
• Management experience with a team of four people;
• Strong communication skills and willing to learn;
• Great organizational, analytical and prioritization skills;
• Fluent in English. Dutch/French would be considered a plus.
