We currently looking to recruit 5 Business Analysts in the Manufacturing area to participate in the Migration to S4 HANA project supporting the Project Managers. The Business Analysts will have to ensure that all business unit’s needs are captured and approved before going into development. The Business Analysts will report to senior stakeholders.

Role Requirements:

  • Coordinating and consolidating inputs from different process owners. Analyze and document current processes & models to identify inefficiencies or gaps and assist in prioritizing opportunities to streamline business processes. Facilitate decision making among the process owners across business units and business areas.
  • Understand technical options, limitations, costs, and risks of existing and proposed solutions. Communicate tradeoffs to business partners and work with them to shape requirements accordingly.
  • Organize workshops and lead discussion with management level and facilitate decision making. Help resolve competing priorities between stakeholder groups by facilitating stakeholder discussions, and escalate issues where appropriate.
  • Review delivery team output to ensure requirements are correctly interpreted; define and execute test cases. Ensure tests are conformed and validated.
  • Ensure training is provided to the members of the business organization.

Candidate Profile:

  • Higher education in a relevant area i.e Business, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, IT/Technology, etc.
  • Demonstrated experience in business analysis in Manufacturing (logistic and supply chain, production and quality, plant maintenance, procurement).
  • Analysis and understanding of end to end processes.
  • Background in manufacturing industry.
  • Experience in SAP, consultant, key user is preferred.
  • Business analysis certification is preferred.
