MATERNITY COVER: temporary position available from July 1st until February 1st

As our Retail Project Specialist, you contribute to a uniform implementation of, and adherence to, our applications, tools, processes, and procedures mainly focused on Workforce Management. Both in existing and new markets for all company owned stores. You get excited if there is one way of working within the global and local Retail line of business and you are even more thrilled when you can support user appropriation of applicable applications and tools on all levels.

With the store teams of more than 1000 locations in mind, your week will be all about supporting countries with the implementation of our global templates within Quinyx, liaise with key users across the globe, drive improvements based on feedback from users, support with store targeting, scheduling and process improvement to further contribute to excellent Retail operations.

In this role you make sure that you support our frontline heroes in the store by:

• Implementing one way of working in the Retail line of business
• Day-to-day ticket resolution as a part of workforce management support serving globally.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with operations teams, ensure escalation if applicable
• See, understand and recognize any impacts to system landscape
• Understand and follow Data Governance, support initiatives for ensuring data quality and if necessary highlight data quality issues
• Timely and qualitative implementation, control and measurement of retail programs, applications, processes, and procedures.
• Contribute to a more effective and efficient set-up and execution of Retail operations
• Continuous improvement initiatives based on evaluations and stakeholder feedback.

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a retail environment.
• Comfortable working in a team and independently.
• Willing and able to take on responsibility, highly detail orientated.
• A high degree of accuracy and diligence, highly numeric and analytical
• Working knowledge of workforce management applications preferred.
• Good time-management and ability to cope with change.
• Good English written and oral communication skills
