Your role in the story

We are looking for a temporary HR Document Controller to temporarily strengthen our HR team. Together with another HR Document Controller you will make sure that all our existing Digital Personnel Files are up to date, so that they can be transferred to our new HR/IT system.

What you will be working on

• Record Maintenance: Accurately record, update, and maintain employee information, such as personal details, employment contracts, performance reviews, training records, and disciplinary actions. Verify data accuracy and completeness, making necessary corrections or additions.

The ideal profile of our new HR Document Controller:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master study;
• Proficiency in document management software and electronic filing systems.
• Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, both written and spoken;
• Available for 40 hours per week.
