In this role, you have the opportunity to make life better

And support the activation hub media and analytics team by providing the latest insights and reporting on activation activities for media, give recommendations to drive performance of the campaigns and always-on of all in-hub activities.

You are responsible for

  • Assisting in analyses of all in-hub activities (Paid Search-, Paid Social - Programmatic - Philips.com pages - customer & Install Base insights – Lead funnel), supporting campaigns and always-on presence for Health Systems.

  • Supporting analytics teams to provide in-flight campaign optimization insights, using data points such as visits, content consumption and engagement, view rates, click-through-rate, marketing and sales qualified leads, media efficiency, campaign impact etc.

  • Create ongoing performance reporting for the market team for short term performance optimization of marketing initiatives.

  • Help determine KPI’s and targets, and measure the impact based on these selected KPI’s. Define optimization strategy and implement it on the go and before next campaign.

You are a part of

Within the digital marketing & e-commerce team for professionals, the (digital) activation team is responsible for the marketing communication along relevant customer touch-points. This team will focus on digital channel expertise, real-time marketing, social media, CRM, advocacy, search, .com, and campaign analytics. Your focus will be on campaign performance analyses of hub activities and ongoing reporting on behalf of the EMEA market.

You will be working at our head office in Amsterdam.

To succeed in this role, you‘ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

  • Currently studying towards your Master in either Marketing, or Digital Marketing, or Bachelor in Data Science, or Analytics.

  • Ability to work with formulas and graphs in MS Excel.

  • Basic understanding of web analytics / trends.

  • Well organized with an exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills to support decision making being able to draw meaning from data.

  • Fluency in both written and spoken English.

Our intern remuneration package:

  • Monthly full-time allowance between €500 - €700 gross, depending on educational level and if you would need to relocate to The Netherlands. If you will perform a part-time internship you will receive the allowance pro-rata.

  • Housing compensation, in case of relocating to the vicinity of the office, €300,- net if location is in the vicinity of Amsterdam, €255,- net for all other Philips locations. You need to provide a rental contract of the land lord, and your normal home-work travel distance need to be more than 50 km or travel time (one way trip) need to be more than 1.5 hours.

  • Travel compensation, if you are not eligible for a free public transport card; you will receive max. €145,- net

  • Paid holidays per internship term.

  • The opportunity to buy Philips products at our Philips shop
