Frank Energie – A newly established player in the energy market in the Netherlands and Belgium. Frank Energie harnesses flexible contracts and green energy to realise their ambition of becoming a leading player in the acceleration of the energy transition in Europe. What will you be doing?- Acting as first point of contact for clients of our portfolio companies and ensuring a best-in-class client experience;
- Executing client operation tasks, to drive the client interaction process from first response to resolution;
- Proactively supporting our portfolio and partner companies by providing feedback on how to improve their products and services;
- Harnessing our learning platform to develop your personal skills in a variety of areas.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Dutch/Flemish (native) speaker;
- Energetic team player;
