Job Description Your role:

Coordinator of the Executive Protection program:

• Coordinate the initial notification of any threats involving Corporate Executives or as directed by security senior management.

• Conduct on-site security and travel risk assessments in foreign and domestic environments.

• Provide support for the executive residential security program.

• Guide or support in the development and implementation of security related processes.

• Lead or collaborate on the production of security awareness documents, alerts, briefings, presentations and playbooks.

• Support the Executive travel security process.

• Assist with special due diligence cases and other open-source investigations/research.

• Develop strong working relationship with all levels of management.

Coordinator of the Global Events Security Management program:

• Assess and determine security measures for internal and external events that are initiated, prepared, organized and executed by or on behalf of Philips organization and majority owned subsidiaries worldwide and are in need for security.

• Proactively manage the risk to intellectual property, third-party contractors, visitors, employees and their dependents that are present before, during and after events.

• Detect corporate espionage attempts and improve resilience against corporate espionage.

• Limit the impact of any security or medical incident by ensuring proper response and aftercare.

• Focus on continuous improvement of Global Event Security in partnership with the broader Philips organization.

• Execute event security operations.

You are a part of:

The central Group Security team (Physical, Personnel, and Supply Chain Security department). Reporting to the Senior Manager of Personnel Security, your contributions will be vital in ensuring the safety and security of our organization.

You're right fit if you have the following skills and experience:

• Extended Security background.

• Experience in the close protection field of work is a plus.

• 7 to 10 years working experience are required.

• Highest level of confidentiality and discretion.

• Knowledge of residential security protocols.

• Leadership skills that include professional business ethics, assertiveness and self-motivation along with intellectual curiosity, a positive attitude.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to analyze and understand different requirements and adapt to a fast-paced environment, where tight deadlines and unexpected complexities.

• Excellent verbal and written documenting skills

• Possess a strong teamwork ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a larger team.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Fluency in English is required; Dutch language skills are a plus.
