The Team:

You will be part of the Mattel Benelux & Nordics Sales Team, based in The Netherlands.


The Opportunity:

We're offering a Fixed Term Contract. The Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing sales support and enable business critical processes as S&OP ( Sales – Operations).

What Your Impact Will Be:

Your primary responsibilities are the following:

  • Maintain/update/initiate master data across Nordics hyper markets & wholesalers:
    • product registration forms
    • new line forms
    • customer quote sheets
  • Follow up and respond to ad-hoc customer inquiries across hyper markets & wholesaler
  • Support the development of displays for retail visibility plans across hyper markets & wholesaler
  • Prepare information, reports and pre-work for Consensus Meetings


What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelors degree;
  • Experience in a commercial FMCG environment;
  • Solid administrative skills;
  • Accurate, punctual and detail oriented;
  • Enthusiastic self-starter;
  • Highly organized, but adaptable with a positive attitude towards changes;
  • Recognizes the importance of being a team player, but able to work independent;
  • Solid problem solver that knows how to get things done;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Excellence Excel skills;
  • Experience in working with ERP system, databases, etc.;
  • Fluent in English, knowledge of Dutch or Scandinavian languages is a plus.
