This is a fast-paced wide-range role that would suit an experienced candidate with a proactive attitude, who can learn new processes quickly, is adaptable, and is passionate about what they do. Your ability to work well within a team to meet strict KPI deadlines is essential as is a sense of humour. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Liaising with Works Supervisors to ensure scopes are received within KPI timeframe. Inputting all scopes & data into WMS operating system to meet KPI timeframes Processing of Inbound and outbound correspondence in a timely manner Subcontractor Administration Assist other team members when and where required Other duties as requested by Team Leader or Manager Nga pūkenga matua | Important Skills Proven ability in multi-tasking and prioritising to ensure key tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
