We supply temporary and seasonal people to government, defence, education, business, aged care, airlines, hospitals, hotels and catering through to supply chain, grocery and production.The job: This full-time role, based in central Wellington will report an Account Manager and be responsible for canvassing and maintaining a consistent flow of candidates for various seasonal roles in the Wellington and Lower North Island region. The Candidate Resourcer is required to provide and coordinate effective and robust candidate selection processes. To ensure the right candidates are selected the role will undertake screening, interviewing and reference checking.
The Candidate Resourcer will also manage timesheets and pastoral care to ensure a safe and easy transition of candidates to their new workplaces. In summary, no two days will be the same, it will be a busy role liaising with different stakeholders across the Wellington region, working in and often out of the office. The ideal candidate: You will be a natural communicator with an administration background, an intuitive and organised, methodical and have an excellent eye for detail. While a relevant tertiary qualification is desirable it is not essential.
Ability to navigate your way confidently around MS Office suite is essential coupled with excellent social media skills.
