We are looking for our next team player to join our logistics team. The Customer Service Representative role will support the team with a variety of logistics duties including running end-to-end shipping processes, you will need to build relationships and be pro-active to ensure fantastic customer service.
You would be joining a friendly and supportive team and full training is provided. What we need from you is a positive, can do attitude to approach whatever tasks come your way.
Your skills and attributes:
We are looking for a strong administrator with the skills and ability to understand the business needs and the confidence to be a valuable member of the team in the Supply Chain.
- Experience in a customer services or administrative role
- Ability to follow a process
- Adaptability to deal with changing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proactive problem-solving skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Great oral, written & interpersonal communication skills
- Prior understanding of supply chain processes, or international export would be advantageous
