A little about the role:
- Driving and motivating of a team of outdoor enthusiasts
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in the day to day running of the store by ensuring successful customer service, merchandising, inventory processes and standards are in place
- Take responsibility for the operations of the store in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager
- Create an enjoyable experience for each and every customer
Who you are:
A passionate people person with a customer centric ethos, you will also share our excitement and passion for the outdoors and will be passionate about getting people "Out There".
This is what you’ll need:
- Strong retail or customer service experience
- Sound knowledge of retail operations such as, stock control and visual merchandising
- Experience and understanding of the retail sales environment
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities
- Be adaptable and cope well within fast paced retail environment
- A genuine passion for our products and the growth of our business
