What’s in the role?

In a small yet highly productive HR team of 3, you will provide HR and ER advice and guidance to a growing NZ business with over 200 staff nationwide. You will manage and oversee the internal recruitment process, including the graduate programme whilst working collaboratively with the HR Director on new business, project initiatives. Eg; Implementing a new HRIS system, rolling out training and wellness programmes and assisting with the events related to employees and graduates.

  • A relevant HR qualification with previous experience in HR – ideally in a business where you have provided HR advice and managed their internal recruitment process
  • Confident communicator, especially when building relationships and managing stakeholders
  • Passionate about people, culture and their wellbeing
  • Able to multi-task, meet deadlines and be detail orientated
