We are looking for an experienced Contract Administrator to join our team based in Wairoa and deliver the good work Fulton Hogan is known for. What you’ll be doing You’ll be responsible for wide range of responsibilities including, but not limited to:

  • Issuing works orders and processing the information that comes back
  • Compiling both our road maintenance and water claims
  • Using Maximo Database Management and RAMM Dispatch Database Management systems
  • Depot sales
  • Client and customer interactions over the phone and electronic communication
  • Managing customer queries and complaints
  • Other administrative tasks and adhoc duties as required
What we need from you
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Proven experience within contract management environments
  • Experience using Maximo and RAMM is desirable
  • Microsoft office suite proficient
  • Excellent data entry and administration skills
  • Lateral thinker and problem solver
  • Ability to interact with customers in a polite, friendly and professional manner
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
