About the role:

As our Client Care Coordinator you will be part of the team at our St Heliers Clinic, making a real difference in the lives of those with hearing loss. You will be responsible for the scheduling of our clinicians time, customer service including hearing aid repairs, onsite hearing screening and on selling of consumables.

This is a full time position working Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm.

• Previous experience in a customer facing role
• Genuine passion and experience in providing excellent customer service
• The ability to multitask
• Strong attention to detail
• Sound computer skills
• Well-developed problem-solving skills
• A positive, friendly personality
