About the role
Join our dedicated Kitchen Team. We have an exciting opportunity for a reliable Kitchen Hand to deliver excellent service to our residents. This role would suit someone who is motivated and wanting to start a career in the kitchen. You will also enjoy working as part of a team as well as working unsupervised. This is a Permanent Part time opportunity working 16 hours per week working a range of shifts. there is also an opportunity to pick up further hours in the cafe' and learn barista work to further develop your skills.
Some of the great things you will be doing:
- Taking orders from residents and visitors
- Serving meals to our residents when required
- Collecting used dishes, running the dishwasher
- Setting tables and general cleaning in the Kitchen
- Assist with preparation of meals
- Learn cafe work and increase your hours
About You

- Excellent food hygiene skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Empathy and a love for making an impact on our residents' lives
- Good time management and communication skills
- A Hygiene & Food Handling Certificate (advantageous)
- Commercial kitchen experience (advantageous)
