The Opportunity Due to an internal promotion, we need a Front of House Administrator. Based in Ranui, West Auckland, you will be the first point of contact, welcoming people to our business. With your friendly, positive manner, you put people at ease and quickly provide direction. This is a role that is at the heart of the team, and it needs to run seamlessly. You will be the glue that helps to keep the team running. There is plenty of variety and you will be involved in general administration duties, providing outstanding support to our senior management and wider team. Customer service, delivering results and using your initiative will provide you with opportunities to grow and develop within our team. What you’ll bring to the table You will have proven experience in a busy reception role along with day-to-day office administration skills, awesome customer service experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills, initiative and strong organisational skills. You will also have a professional attitude and outgoing personality. You'll be able to multi task, prioritise and handle a busy workload. In addition, you will also have intermediate MS office skills. You'll be situated on the front desk, so your personal presentation is very important. You will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Answering & directing incoming calls
- Meeting and greeting clients and guests on site
- Typing and formatting letters / documents
- Maintaining the presentation of the reception area
- Managing meeting rooms on site
- Booking couriers
- Organising catering
- Organising travel arrangements for Managers
- Managing the Virtual Receptionist when visitors sign in
- Assisting other departments when required
- Assisting Senior Management with PA duties
- Other administration duties
