Job Description


Oaks Queenstown Shores Resort is looking for multiple enthusiastic and professional Guest Experience Attendants to join the team on a part time basis.

The moment a guest steps into our hotel you will make them feel at home with your welcoming and warm presence. You are an all rounder that enjoys gaining experience in different roles across the property.

Duties include:

  • Working in multiple departments including Front Office, Food and Beverage, Housekeeping & Maintenance
  • Welcoming and checking in guests
  • Communicating professionally
  • Assisting guests during their stay
  • Availability to work shifts between Monday to Sunday between 6.00am and 11pm.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a hotel or customer service environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills and an unwavering positive attitude
  • The ability to successfully provide a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Professional presentation essential

Previous experience is advantageous. On the job training is provided. Feel supported by our amazing, friendly and fun team.
