The Senior Operations role is critical to making this happen and will include the following key accountabilities:

Act in the capacity of a subject matter to ensure the quality delivery of markets and payments products and services to ANZ's customers

Post settlement investigation relating to Market settlements

Processing / handling complex transactions & enquiries

Providing expertise to customers, stakeholders, and colleagues

Liaise with appropriate Relationship Managers, Risk Managers, and Senior Managers to approve outside of policy process deviations

Role Location: Wellington

Role Type: 12-month Secondment, Full Time

What will you bring?

Markets & Payments product knowledge

Ability to influence key stakeholders

Strong customer focus

Relationship Management

At least 5 years of Markets or Payments experience
