• $120-140 per hour

I am currently recruiting for an experienced payroll contractor, who has previously worked with SAP Success Factors (ECP) and workflow management systems, for an exciting role in a project team.

Duties Include:

• Investigate and problem solve ECP BAU issues to identify solutions, work with relevant parties to test and implement
• Oversee the planning and prioritisation of the future ECP system maintenance ensuring work is well planned and completed to resolution
• Act as a key liaison and subject matter expert in relation to ECP within the payroll team and wider business
• Work with the HRIS Manager, to review and update existing models and workflow management processes between systems
• Oversee and work with Senior Systems Analysts during systems upgrades, testing and training

We are looking for a self-starter, who has strong knowledge/experience in the following:

• SAP Success Factors, particularly ECP with a systems administration/support lens
• Knowledge and experience of payroll operations and systems
• High-level experience in Confluence, Service Now or other relevant workflow management and ticketing systems
• Demonstrated people leadership experience in leading small high performing teams
