The role:
You will be responsible for managing the process around placement of casual staff – some of this can be at very short notice. Other times you will be working with filling shifts many weeks in advance.
Our client makes a difference every day of the working week to thousands of people and families – they are well known in the community and are leaders at what they do.
Placing people in to work for anything from half a day to a few weeks is the main focus. One of your colleagues will have established a pool of workers for you to make placements from – this means you can stay on track to get the actual vacancies filled.
There will be lots of people contact – you will be using your communication skills to build and maintain effective and positive relationships with a wide range of people.

Your background:
Step to the front of the queue if you have experience in workforce planning, rostering, shift management or perhaps you have worked as a temporary recruitment consultant?
