Your new company
One of the largest New Zealand owned and operated FMCG businesses. The South Island territory still has a family feel to it after being set up by a husband and wife team who are still on the board.
Your new role
- Looking after 25 merchandisers
- 60% people management to 40% account management split with some business development
- Previous Account Manager had been in the role for 16 years, proving how well the employees are looked after
- The Territory for this role will cover Dunedin, Central Otago and Southland.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous FMCG Management experience
- Ability to influence at an Owner Operator level within the Foodstuffs network
- People Management experience
- Sound business acumen
- Strong influencer to create excitement and buy in to change and improvement
