HR Business Partner - Wellington - Up to $140,000

A great opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a leading organisation based in Wellington. You will be a part of a dynamic and collaborative team, driving the people strategy and initiatives throughout the organisation.

Your new role
As HR Business Partner you will work directly with managers of the business unit to identify key areas for improvement and solutions. You will manage a variety of projects including strategy design, succession planning and engagement. You will provide both employees and managers with sound advice, coaching on process and procedure.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking to speak with experienced hR candidates who have previously worked in a Business Partnering capacity. You will work effectively as part of a team and have a great understanding of employment law. Experience and knowledge of visa and immigration processes would be an advantage but not essential.
