About the role | He kōrero whakamārama mō tēnei tūranga

As part of the Mental Health & Wellbeing Administration Team who are located across New Zealand, this role will ensure the smooth operation of all administrative functions for our Christchurch specialists' team, while promoting strong relationships and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, clients, staff and the wider administration team members.

You will always demonstrate a commitment to understanding our Mental Health & Wellbeing business model, always delivering an efficient, effective, consistent, innovative, person centred and community focused service.

This is a permanent full-time working 40 hours per week.

What you will bring | Ngā tohungatanga mō tēnei tūranga

  • 1+ years relevant administration experience.
  • Demonstrated commitment to ensuring the rights of people with disabilities and mental health needs are upheld and respected.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and working knowledge of client management systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills, and highly developed emotional intelligence.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills, and the ability to self-manage and work autonomously.
  • A sound understanding of the principles of the Te Tiriti o Waitangi and how these should be applied.
  • Desirable to have a full drivers' licence with the ability to travel occasionally (where required)
