We are looking for a Personal Assistant/Team Administrator to support the Operational Policy and Design teams in Strategy, Performance and Design.

About the role:

The role is responsible for providing efficient and effective support services to the Director, Operational Policy and Service Design and to support the wider team of advisors and team leads.

Ngā pukenga me ngā wheako e hiahiatia ana - Skills and experience required:

• Providing personal support to Managers including: assisting management in prioritising key tasks, diary management, preparation of documentation (reporting) and recording of meeting minutes and follow-up actions
  • Providing administrative support including, arranging domestic and international travel, contract management, processing of invoices (e.g flexipurchase and invoicing), time sheeting and journaling, recruitment support, ordering and purchasing of office equipment and liaising with facilities and IT people
  • Being confident in using MS Office products would be an asset
