Stevenson Concrete are looking for an energetic individual who is wanting to begin a career in a rapidly growing business in a strong industry. The right candidate will be looking to take all opportunities that Stevenson has to offer. About the role As a Customer Service Rep/Dispatch you will be on the front lines of our business and perform one of the most important task within our operations – taking orders and looking after our customers. This will involve taking calls, responding to emails and contacting key clients to ensure that our dispatch programmes have all information need for on time delivery. When dispatching, you will be the go to link between our operational plant and our truck fleet, and will have to regularly problem solve and make decisions to ensure that we get the best outcome for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Receiving, inputting and confirming orders
• Regular phone and email contact with customers
• Regular contact and direction of drivers
• Monitoring fleet movements and breaks
• Working closely with the scheduler to ensure we maximise volume
• Troubleshooting customer enquires

The role is based in our Penrose office About you The successful individual will be someone who enjoys being busy, problem solving and being in a high-energy environment. You will enjoy working in a team and be able to communicate with confidence. The attributes you have will include:
