Service Desk Opportunity, up to $60 per hour, 3 month contract. Based in CBD, hybrid working available.

Your new role
You will provide support, guidance and advice relating to the IT Systems to users hit with IT issues across the department

The Service Desk Analysts are the voice and face of the Information Technology Group and provide a central contact point for a range of complex incidents, problems and service requests that may require specialised knowledge and understanding for resolution.

Duties include:
L1-L2 Support User access support
User access provisioning
Problem identification and escalation
Data Collection
Data integrity
Enabling shared use of IT systems across the sector

What you'll need to succeed
3-6 months+ Service Desk experience, experience supporting windows systems, willingness to learn new skills.
