What we are looking for? We are looking for a Junior Office Administrator to join our busy team based in Alexandra. The Role:

  • This is an entry level position and would suit a junior administrator.
  • Full reception cover; meeting greeting all visitors, answering and distributing incoming calls and queries.
  • General office administration duties and providing support to the wider Central Otago Offices. Backup and support to other team members.
  • Finance Administration; bank reconciliations, complete journal adjustment entries as required, input of sales dockets and other ad-hoc accounts receivable or payable duties.
What you’ll bring to the table
  • Strong computer literacy and confident in using Microsoft Suite; word, excel, outlook etc
  • Have the ability to multi-task
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Experience in a similar position - is advantageous
  • The ability to work within a team environment
  • Tidy and presentable
  • Strong communication skills; verbally on the phone and in person
  • Ability to work well under pressure and the juggle multiple tasks
  • Positive, can-do attitude and ready to start work now!
  • Hold a current drivers licence
