About the role
Join our CARTERS MANGAWHAI team where you will work alongside our team to service our Trade Customers. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable New Zealand Leading Market Company and work with a collaborative and supportive team where you will be given every opportunity to develop your career, all whilst having fun along the way.
- Liaise with trade customers and account managers to make sure customer orders are fulfilled correctly and any issues are resolved quickly.
- Coordinate with transport providers to organise timely delivery to customers.
- Organise buy-ins and follow up on backorders to make sure nothing is missed.
- Provide top-notch customer service by identifying the right products efficiently, assembling and loading customer orders and processing sales documentation.
About you

- Building or trade industry knowledge is advantageous.
