About the role
As a forklift operator you will be responsible for safely loading and unloading delivery trucks, pick-packing orders and providing support across the timber yard team.
Based at our Mangawhai branch, your role is all about providing timely customer service by identifying the right products quickly and efficiently while ensuring a seamless Carters experience for our trade customers.
This is a great role for someone looking for career progression with the opportunity to gain your Hiab licence.
Skills & Experience
A full NZ Driver Licence is essential for this role, ideally F Endorsed or a forklift licence. The ideal candidate will have a commitment to outstanding customer service and support and have the following skills and qualities:
- A team player with the right attitude
- You have a natural talent for building trust and rapport with our customers
- Knowledge of computer systems and basic operating skills
- Physically fit
- Full NZ Driver Licence. Forklift (F endorsed) desirable
