We are looking for an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our Operations team. This is an 8 month fixed-term maternity leave cover and will report to our Operations Manager. The role is varied, and no two days will be the same. We are looking for someone who is exceptionally organised, resilient and a keen problem solver.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Managing stores and support office repairs and maintenance
  • Reporting
  • Maintaining company fleet
  • Managing various contracts
  • Health & Safety and First Aid
  • Insurance claims
  • Minor projects

We are looking for someone with:

  • Experience in a similar role (logistics, complex administration, project management)
  • Intermediate level of competency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Solid attention to detail and focus on accuracy
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Be resilient & open to feedback - these are critical to this role!
  • Have values that align with ours
  • Excellent organisational skills & ability to meet deadlines - able to juggle many balls!
