Our wonderful practice 1300Smiles Mackay is looking for their next Dental Receptionist to greet our wonderful outstanding patients and provide a friendly face each time they come in. This position is ideal for a Dental Assistant/Receptionist looking to look after one area within the dental industry or for someone with great people skills wanting to learn a new industry.

About the Practice
Our highly skilled dentists offer a wide range of dental treatments including preventative dental procedures, teeth whitening, cosmetic dentistry, implants, sedation, root canal treatment and other oral surgery procedures.
A snapshot of what you'll be doing
- Be the first point of contact for our patients - Greeting patients, checking them in and offering our services while they await treatment;
- Patient management; answering all phone enquiries, booking & confirming appointments; checking, processing & managing customer accounts;
- Play a pro-active role in each day's appointment schedule and patient activities to ensure things run as seamless as possible;
- Be an advocate for positive and pro-active dental care.
What we are looking for in YOU?
- Prior experience in a Dental Reception / Dental Assistant role preferred;
- Experience with D4W software preferred but not essential;
- Friendly and positive attitude;
- Exceptional patient care;
- Ability to multitask and take initiative;
- Team focused; and
- High attention to detail
